What is the course about?

Health and Social Care is very popular and successful. The course involves finding out about topics from psychology to health education. There is a research assignment, work on health and safety; communications and first aid course. There is a research assignment, work on health and safety; communications and practical counselling skills.

How will I be assessed?

This course is assessed on 100% coursework. What else do I need to know? You need to work hard and meet deadlines. Work experience is compulsory.

*This year we are also offering a BTEC National Extended Diploma in this subject. This is equivalent to 3 A Levels, the additional units offered will be decided once we know which students have opted for this.
