Since September 2021,12 students have been involved in a project run by the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire of Music, called SoundLab Brum, which involved rehearsals at the Academy and at Symphony Hall every two weeks working with professional musicians and other students from schools across the city, creating their own compositions and covers of songs.

On Wednesday 29th June 2022, we took 9 students to the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire of Music to perform in The Bradshaw Hall in concert which was the final showcase event for the SoundLab Brum project. All the students did a fantastic job and thoroughly enjoyed participating in the concert and the project, making new musical friends across the city. Noah had the honour of being an ambassador for the project speaking to the various dignitaries and funding partners that were in attendance.
