We systematically evaluate the success of our careers programme using:
• Destination Data: Tracking student success in securing first-choice sixth form, college, university, and apprenticeship places.
• Stakeholder Feedback: Regular surveys completed by pupils, parents, teachers, and visiting employers.
• Compass+ Framework: Termly audits against the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks to ensure we meet top national standards.
