We partner with Future First to manage our growing alumni network. Joining is completely free, keeps you connected to our school community, and allows you to support us in ways that fit around your busy schedule.
How you can help as an alum: You could share your career story in an assembly, mentor a student, support a workshop, or join our annual Futures Fair panel.
Ways Employers and Partners Can Support
We run a dynamic careers programme throughout the academic year and are always looking for external partners to enrich our students' experiences. No matter how much or how little time you have to give, there is a role for you:
Mock Interview Practice: Help our Key Stage 4 and Sixth Form students build confidence by conducting short, realistic practice interviews.
Workplace Safaris & Visits: Host a small group of students at your business premises so they can experience a real working environment firsthand.
The Annual KESH "Futures Fair" (Every September): Exhibit at our flagship careers event to promote your industry, apprenticeships, or graduate pathways directly to our Year 12 and Year 13 students.
Curriculum Talks: Deliver a 20-minute presentation or workshop linking your industry to specific school subjects (e.g., careers in Engineering for Physics students, or Data Analytics for Maths).

Provider Access Legislation (PAL) & Compliance
We fully comply with the statutory Provider Access Legislation (Baker Clause), which guarantees colleges, universities, and apprenticeship training providers the opportunity to speak directly to our students in Years 8–13 about technical education and apprenticeships.
